He added that colonizers' exploitation of this turbulent climate to intensify their attacks on Palestinian villages and communities has taken on a more organized and expansive character, including direct gunfire at citizens, burning of homes and properties, and imposing new facts on the ground. He noted that these attacks have become part of a broader dynamic aimed at exploiting the moment of regional and international preoccupation to accelerate the geographic and demographic transformation of the West Bank at the expense of the Palestinian presence.
CWRC: 1965 Violations Perpetrated by the Occupation Army and the Colonizers in February

CWRC: Expansion of U.S. Consular Services to Colonies Constitutes Bias Toward the Occupation and a Grave Breach of International Law

The Commission noted that this step represents institutional engagement with an unlawful colonial settlement entity established in occupied territory in contravention of peremptory norms of international humanitarian law.
CWRC: The Occupation Issues Seizure Order for Sebastia Antiquities
2026-02-17February 17, 2026: Head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Minister Mu'ayyad Sha'ban, stated that the occupation today issued an order to confiscate 2,000 dunums of land from the towns of Sebastia and Burqa, north of Nablus Governorate, according to an expropriation order targeting the archaeological site in the area. Mr. Sha'ban explained that the official expropriation order issued today constitutes a direct continuation of the declaration of intention to confiscate previously issued under Order No. (2/25) dated January 18, 2025, with which the occupation state sufficed at the time to announce the intention to confiscate without further clarifications.
CWRC: 1872 Attacks were perpetrated by the Israeli Occupation Forces along with their colonizers in January 2026:
2026-02-03The head of the Colonization & Wall Resistance Commission (CWRC), Mu’ayyad Shaa’ban, declared that the Israeli occupying state has carried out 1872 attacks during January 2026. Mr. Sha’ban pointed out in the monthly report of the Commission, “Violations of the Israeli Occupation State & Colonizers in the Occupied Palestinian Territories”, that the Israeli occupation forces carried out 1404 attacks, while the colonizers carried out 468 attacks. These violations were concentrated in Hebron Governorate, which witnessed 415 attacks, followed by Ramallah & al Bireh Governorate, which was subjected to 374 attacks, and Nablus Governorate, where 328 attacks were recorded. Meanwhile, 201 attacks were recorded in Jerusalem.
