Mu’ayyad Sha’ban, the Head of CWRC, said that  the first features of the Israeli new became clear; as this   government raises three major slogans: the colonial expansion, legalizing outposts, and facilitating shooting at Palestinians. This may explain the recent occupation escalation occurring these days. Israel started implementing the government's colonial project even before its formation was officially announced.

The Commission also indicated that the number of attacks perpetrated by Israeli colonizers, during November 2022, is 159 attacks, including their attempt to establish 11 new colonial outposts in several areas. Mr. Shaa’ban indicated that the Israeli Occupation Authorities granted planning permission on lands previously seized and declared as “State Lands” in 1984, with an area of more than 360 dunums on the lands of the villages of Bidya and Kafr al-Dik in Salfit governorate. Through this, the Israeli Occupation Authorities seek to legalize the so called "Tal Shehret" outpost, which was built on the lands of the citizens there.

Shaa’ban noted that the Israeli Occupation Authorities, in the month of October, had deposited and approved 7 new colonial plans in order to change the lands’ classification within these colonies.
